Designer in the Nursery

Get your garden design questions answered at Ruth Bancroft Garden. Every Wednesday, Ruth Bancroft Garden Landscape Designers will be in the Nursery to help you with your quick design questions. Need to replace a plant or two? Want to know more about Ruth Bancroft Garden's Landscape Design services? Please note, meetings are up to 10 minutes to accommodate all visitors. Customers needing more time should sign up for a consultation via our inquiry form. Designers will not be able to draw up plans or design garden beds during Designer in the Nursery meetings.

Dry Shade Plants - Succulents

This webinar is produced by Ruth Bancroft Garden. When thinking of a garden with low water requirements, people tend to think of sun-loving plants, including succulents such as cacti and aloes, or dry-growing shrubs such as manzanitas and lavender. When it comes to dry shade, the choices are not as obvious, but there are plenty of succulents that do well in lower-light spots and still need very little irrigation. Learn how to incorporate these plants into a successful garden design.
