Notice of billing error for bills dated December 2, 2022 through December 5, 2022: Due to an issue converting data to our new billing system, some customer bills during this timeframe erroneously listed charges for two billing cycles. Customer accounts on an autopay agreement, including EasyPay, were not charged for this incorrect amount. This issue only impacted customers whose meters were last read on October 4, 2022.
