Saving Water this Fall is as easy as 3-2-1

Lawns and landscapes need less and less water throughout the fall. This is because during the fall, there are less and less hours of daylight. So, use the following schedule and keep your lawn and landscape looking great and your water bill low.

Use these tips to get the most value out of your watering schedule without compromising on quality.

  • Set your sprinkler timer to water two or three short cycles early in the morning of each watering day. This helps water soak in.
  • The best time to water is between 3 a.m. and 8 a.m.
  • Check your sprinklers regularly to ensure that they are not bent, blocked or broken
