Irrigation controllers that use one or more sensors to schedule or modify the schedule of the controller.

Signal is sent to controller adjusting irrigation schedule based on collected weather data. Signal is sent to and from controller adjusting irrigation schedule based on collected weather data and an on site flow sensor or other input. A sensor sends soil moisture information to a controller or controller interface that works with an existing controller to suspend irrigation until it is needed. Provider monitors and adjusts the irrigation system through a two way communication device attached to an existing controller. Controller has a set of historical plant water need curve that adjust the controllers schedule throughout the year.
