The Contra
Costa Water District (CCWD) is a special
district public agency that delivers raw and treated water to
a population of 550,0000 in central and eastern Contra
Costa County in California. Treated water customers include: Clayton, Clyde, Concord,
Pacheco, Port Costa, and parts of Antioch,
Bay Point, Brentwood, Martinez, Pleasant
Hill and Walnut
Creek. Raw water customers include: Diablo Water District (Oakley),
California Cities Water District (Bay Point), and the cities of Antioch, Martinez and Pittsburg.
