Bay Area
Illustrator Paul Kratter created three paintings on Los Vaqueros, each illustrating
a different ecosystem in the Los Vaqueros watershed.
All three
paintings are on display at the Los
Vaqueros Interpretive Center. Paul Kratter has illustrated many
books for children and adults including "River Discoveries", "A
Tiger Tale" and "Butterfly Count".
Butterfly
Count was listed as one of the outstanding science books for 2002 by the National
Science Teachers Association.
When you
visit the Los Vaqueros watershed, there's a good chance you may see many of
the animals shown above.
