Contra Costa Water District 75th Anniversary - Video Contest ”Water. . . what would we do without it?
CCWD's Board of Directors presented checks to the winners of the District's 75th Anniversary Video Contest at the July 6 board meeting.
All three student winners were from Northgate High School.

In addition to the awards for the students, Northgate High School was also presented with a check for $300.

We really enjoyed our first CCWD Video Contest, and our judges have picked three winners who answered the question: "Water...what would we do with it?".
We had six entries, and our judges picked the top three. All three winners came from Northgate High School.
First Place:
Joe Carter of finished first place in our CCWD 75th Anniversary Video contest.
Joe's animated video was judged to be the best of our six entries to answer the question: "Tell us the story of how CCWD water impacts your life."
It was the only animated video entered.
He earns $150 for himself, and $150 for his school. Congratulations, Joe!
Second went to Caitlin Hogan and Julia Havinis. They won $100 for themselves and their school.
Third place went to Anne Bercilla, Linden Bengtson & Amanda Choe. They won $50 for themselves and their school.
