Notará que una nueva dirección está impresa en los sobres azules para devolver el pago, que llegan junto con su factura. Si utiliza un servicio de pago de facturas en línea, sírvase informar a su banco o proveedor del servicio acerca de este cambio. La nueva dirección para realizar los pagos es:

When you mail payment for your water bill, it is delivered to an address associated with the bank that serves the District. This ensures that your payments are deposited and credited to your account in a timely manner.
Due to changes in this process, water bill payments are now going to a new address. You will notice the new address printed on the blue return envelopes that come with your bills.
If you use an online bill pay service, you may need to inform your bank or service provider of this change. The new payment address is:
