Home Water Use Survey

During the home water survey, CCWD's water conservation staff will:

  • Inspect each irrigation station
  • Create a site-specific irrigation schedule
  • Provide a checklist of improvements for your irrigation system
  • Check toilets for leaks
  • Install high-efficiency showerheads and kitchen faucet aerators, if needed
  • Demonstrate how to read your water meter
  • Provide useful water conservation tips!

This free service is offered to residential customers in the CCWD service area.

Washing Machine Rebate Program provides rebates of $200 to CCWD customers who purchase new high- efficiency washers.

Toilet Rebate Program

To help you save water and money every year, and to maximize water supplies, the Contra Costa Water District is offering a rebate of up to $175 for the replacement of existing toilets rated at 3.5 gallons per flush or greater with a new High-Efficiency Toilet from our approved list.
