Home Water Use Survey

During the home water survey, CCWD's water conservation staff will:

Inspect each irrigation station
Create a site-specific irrigation schedule
Provide a checklist of improvements for your irrigation system
Check toilets for leaks
Install high-efficiency showerheads and kitchen faucet aerators, if needed
Demonstrate how to read your water meter
Provide useful water conservation tips!

This free service is offered to residential customers in the CCWD service area.

The High-Efficiency
Washing Machine Rebate Program provides rebates of $200 to CCWD customers who purchase new high- efficiency washers.

Toilet Rebate Program

To help you save water and money every year, and to maximize water supplies, the Contra Costa Water District is offering a rebate of up to $175 for the replacement of existing toilets rated at 3.5 gallons per flush or greater with a new High-Efficiency Toilet from our approved list.
