High-Efficiency Toilet Replacement Rebater

To help you save water and money every year, and to maximize water supplies, the Contra Costa Water District is offering $175 instant or mail-in rebates when you purchase a High Efficiency Toilet to replace an older high volume toilet.

CCWD High Efficiency Urinal Rebate Program

Save 75% or more of the water used by conventional urinals (2 gpf or more), by replacing them with 0.50 gpf EPA WaterSense labeled High Efficiency Urinal (HEU). The CCWD HEU Rebate Program offers up to $175 of the material costs (bowl & valve) of new HEU(s), which meet the EPA WaterSense specifications for flushing urinals (WaterSence label), as an incentive to replace existing older urinals (pre 1992) using 2 gpf or more.
