High-Efficiency Toilet Replacement Rebates

The District is offering commercial & multifamily apartment customers a rebate of up to $175, as

an incentive to replace their existing older (pre 1992) high volume (3.5 gallon flush or more) toilets with specific High Efficiency Toilets (HETs) from our approved list of superior performing toilets.

HETs use 63 percent less water than conventional toilets, with superior performancerepresenting significant water and sewer savings.
